• Schedule daily shifts, breaks, and mealtimes for cleaning team members, and conduct pre-shift meetings
• Supervise team members to ensure cleaning tasks are completed to company standards, including guest areas, meeting rooms, and restrooms
• Maintain sanitation guidelines, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and that lost and found items are turned over to security
• Oversee inventory, order supplies, and maintain cleaning equipment, coordinating repairs as needed
• Conduct final walk-arounds to ensure cleanliness and organization of stock rooms and work areas before shift ends, and train team members on cleaning procedures and safety protocolsMore about you
• High School Diploma, GED, or TASC preferred, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience in facility cleaning
• Knowledge of floor strippers, floor sealers, carpet shampooers, and vacuum cleaners
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and ability to make simple addition and subtraction calculations
• Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency with word processing, Excel, and email
• Experience in facility cleaning and understanding of cleaning safety protocolsPhysical requirements
• Frequent walking and standing for the entire length of shift
• Frequent bending, kneeling, carrying, and climbing of stairs
