JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Responsible for assisting in maintenance and repairs of HVAC and refrigeration units.
- Knowledge of State and County HVAC Codes necessary for License and Inspection.
- Ensures compliance with all Federal, State, and Local Laws and OSHA Regulations.
- Promotes honesty and trust amongst the team.
- Promotes outstanding customer relations.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Two (2) years experience in HVAC and refrigeration operations.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to successfully complete and maintain the background check and licensing process, required by the Delaware Lottery during employment.
- Must be able to lift fifty (50) lbs. without difficulty.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and kneel for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to work in extremes of weather, on roofs, ladders, and scaffolding.
- Must be able to remain flexible in an environment of constant change.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the business including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
