Caesar Rodney School District The Caesar Rodney School District is accepting applications for Director of Transportation and Logistics . This is a 12-month Administrative position.
JOB GOAL :
To ensure the safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations of the district's logistics and transportation efforts.
JOB FUNCTIONS :
- This is representative of the functions of this position but is not all-inclusive.
- Streamlining transportation routes, schedules, and logistics to minimize delays and maximize productivity
- Optimizing the use of company resources (vehicles, personnel) to reduce costs and increase output
- Developing and managing transportation budgets
Identifying opportunities for cost reduction, such as fuel savings, equipment maintenance, and route optimization
QUALIFICATIONS :
SALARY : In accordance with the State of Delaware and local salary schedules based on experience and training for administration. Benefits package included.
