General Description of the Position
The eLearning Success Coach will directly support online students across the consortium, helping them overcome personal, academic, and technical challenges to succeed. This role is essential for fostering student persistence, especially for non-traditional and diverse students who may require extra guidance in navigating online learning environments.
Essential Functions & Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
The following are the functions essential to performing this job :
- Offer personalized coaching sessions, helping students develop time management, study skills, and resilience.
- Conduct virtual workshops and webinars to address common student challenges and promote success strategies.
- Work with faculty and advisors to identify at-risk students and provide early interventions.
- Maintain regular communication with students to ensure they feel supported and engaged in their studies.
- Track student progress using data analytics and provide targeted outreach to those who need additional support.
