General Description of the Position
The Marketing and Communications Analyst will play a critical role in developing and executing marketing strategies and communication plans to support the Consortium's mission and goals. This position is responsible for managing the creation and dissemination of marketing materials, analyzing campaign performance, and ensuring consistent messaging across platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset combined with creative marketing expertise, ensuring the Consortium effectively reaches its diverse audience of students, partners, and stakeholders.
Essential Functions & Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Marketing Strategy and Campaign Management :
Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, student engagement, and enrollment for the Consortium.
Create compelling and targeted content for various platforms, such as newsletters, website updates, press releases, and social media posts.
Conduct research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive positioning.
Collaborate with partner institutions and internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive messaging.
Support the planning and promotion of virtual and in-person events, such as webinars, info sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
