Join Delaware Theatre Company as our Managing Director and help lead our dynamic theatre into the future! Since 1979, Delaware Theatre Company has dazzled over one million patrons with more than 220 mainstage productions. Our mission is to enrich Delaware's vitality through artistic programming, education, and community service.

​Collaborate with the Artistic Director to shape and execute our strategic vision, aligning artistic and business goals. Report to the Board of Directors and oversee operational functions like development, marketing, human resources, and community engagement. Key responsibilities include fundraising, managing staff, operations management, and fostering strong relationships in the communities we serve. We seek someone with 5-7 years of senior-level management experience in the nonprofit sector (preferably the arts), expertise in fundraising, financial management, and strategic planning, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a passion for the performing arts. Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
