Front End Loader Operator Floater

We are currently hiring for the position of a floating loader operator/laborer. This is an opportunity to start a career in the concrete production industry. While experience is a plus, we are ready to train the candidate to learn all aspects of concrete production. The ideal candidate will have a background in operating a front loader (and other various heavy equipment is a plus), be committed to providing exceptional customer service, be comfortable working in a team environment, and be excited to grow with a growing organization. This position will require traveling to our plants located in Kennett Square PA, Malvern PA, Gap PA, and Elizabethtown PA.

Job Summary - Loader operator between 4 different plants based on company needs. Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

Upon hiring, the applicant will be trained and expected to:

• Safely operate and maintain a wheel loader
• Help maintain the safety and cleanliness of the plant and its property which
• includes manual labor
• Participate in special plant maintenance projects
• Fill-in for absent loader operators and/or batch plant operators
• Work in a safe manner and report any safety concerns to the Plant Manager
• Travel to various plants in our Western Region based on business needs
• Lift 50lbs
• Climb heights of 100’
• Be able to get to the various plants without issue.

Required to stand and walk for extended periods. Use hands to operate tools and controls. Reach with hands and arms. Climb stairs/ladders and balance. Stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Regularly lift and/or move more than 50 pounds

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
