We are seeking an Estimating Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an Civil Engineer or Project Management Degree, experience in assisting with estimating projects, preparing bids, and managing project documentation. The Estimating Assistant will work closely with the Estimator to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

The Estimating Assistant will work closely with the Estimator to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with estimating projects, by gathering data, analyzing project blueprints, compiling cost breakdowns
- Prepare bids and proposals, ensuring accurate and timely cost estimates
- Manage project documentation by maintaining organized records of estimates and related financial data
- Communicate with clients and vendors
- Assist with project scheduling and coordination
- Shadow Project Managers to develop skills and experience
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Civil engineering or Project management, and or 3 years of experience.
- Must possess the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively
- Keen sense of responsibility regarding timely and accurate completion of work, and a strong commitment to corporate goals.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret project documents.
- Ability to respond effectively to customers, vendors, subcontractors, and employees.
