Job SummaryDelaware Valley University invites applications for part-time adjunct faculty positions to teach a range of courses in our online Master's in Healthcare Administration (MHA) program. We maintain a file of potential candidates for review as need arises. We contact candidates when a match is identified and keep this position continually posted in order to maintain an active pool.The MHA program offers asynchronous online courses in 15-week terms in the Fall, Spring and Summer terms.Responsibilities include : Teaching assigned courses under the supervision of the program director; student learning outcomes assessment; participation in ad hoc curriculum development / review and continued professional development.Possible Teaching Assignments include :

- Marketing and Communications for Healthcare Leadership

- Operations and Value-Based Strategies in HealthcarePosition Requirements :
- Minimum of a Master's degree, preferably in healthcare administration (MHA) or in business / management (MBA) with a healthcare focus from a regionally accredited institution.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in healthcare administration. Clinical healthcare experience in a leadership role will also be considered.
