Delco Sales, a premier Manufacturers Rep Agency, is looking for a Territory Sales Manager in the Commercial Plumbing and Heating Channel in San Diego. We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated, customer driven, sales professional to call on and build relationships with contractors, distributors, engineers, and architects. Our ideal candidate will have experience maximizing revenue for designated account package by growing sales within existing accounts, identifying, and developing new accounts at a level consistent with or exceeding company expectations, and understands customer needs and objectives and remains alert and responsive to changing customer needs. This position requires that you demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the market and access resources to quickly respond to developments in the customer’s business, have experience developing and presenting sales proposals to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value of the offered solutions. You will be expected to utilize experience and knowledge of the products and services to formulate business strategies to drive revenue as well as being responsible for service and support of managed inventory tasks in order to drive greater understanding of the customers, and drive sales results. We are looking for someone who lives in the territory.

What makes you a great candidate
Proven 2 years of experience in the Commercial Plumbing Channel with customer relations, new business development, account management and account sales.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Capable of conveying the benefits of products/services and generating customer interest.
Excellent listening and communication skills.
Exercise a willingness to exceed customer expectations.
Operate ethically and with integrity.
Requires a valid driver’s license and clean driving history. This position will travel within their territory on a daily basis.
The expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with the California Pay Transparency Law. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience. Compensation is a base salary. Bonus and commission structure is set by agency upon hire.
Salary : $70,000 - $130,000
