As an Inside Salesperson you will have a diverse range of responsibilities, including:

• Serve as a point of contact for sales inquiries
• Team Support: working with our Outside Sales team to understand customers' requirements and provide product recommendations and solutions
• Preparing and submitting accurate quotations and submittal packages
• Full understanding of product line(s): Follow process and procedures for selling all product lines we represent
• Follow up throughout the completion of the customer's purchasing cycle
• Coordinate order fulfillment and timely deliveries for shipping and local pick up in our warehouse
• Complete some warehousing tasks related to sales duties

 Preferred background for this position

• Experience with inside sales, order entry, or quotations inside
• Strong computer skill with Microsoft products
• Able to communicate clearly in English, verbally and through written form
• Professional manner
• Self-motivated
• Team player
