We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and multitalented individual who is ready to take on a rewarding career as an as an Outside Sales Account Manager in the Irrigation Division. This role is responsible for increasing sales by developing and maintaining relationships with irrigation wholesalers, distributors, and contractors in Southern California.
Delco Sales is an industry leading Manufacturer’s Representative in the Commercial Plumbing channel. We provide service to California, Southern Nevada, and Hawaii. Delco Sales proudly represents over 50 brands within the plumbing and heating, waterworks and fire protection, and irrigation verticals.

Responsibilities
· Research, prospect and develop new opportunities with customers and manufactures
· Build and cultivate associations with key irrigation contractors, distributors, and
wholesalers to strengthen Delco’s position and drive sales in the irrigation market.
· Establish, maintain, and build connections with our irrigation manufactures
· Proactively handle issues/challenges for that arise for our customers
· Be consistent and active in face-to-face communication with our customers.
· Actively engage with customers to capitalize on sales opportunities.
· Maintain an open line of communication with management by informing them of local
competition and market conditions.
· Proficient in irrigation product demonstrations, lunch and learns, and educational
trainings.
· Assist with maintaining customer records, files, and reports of business transactions.
· Participate in continuous training sessions to develop and increase industry
knowledge.
· Daily travel to different worksites
· Attend trade shows, sales meetings, and networking events.
