Job Summary :

We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production machinery and electrical systems within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PLC logic analysis, electrical controls, and preventive maintenance practices.

Responsibilities :

• Troubleshoot and repair production machinery by analyzing PLC logic states to identify potential component failures.
• Make recommendations for rewriting / editing PLC programs to enhance quality, efficiency, and safety.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and replace general electrical controls, motors, relays, starters, contactors, and automation components as needed.
• Utilize available drawings and technical descriptions to ensure equipment functionality.
• Set up and utilize general test equipment to evaluate and monitor electrical and electronic circuits.
• Plan, specify, install, modify, and troubleshoot electrical circuits in accordance with NEC and NFPA standards.
• Perform preventive maintenance, calibrations, modifications, and repairs on production and facility assets.
• Utilize the plant's CMMS system to track and document maintenance activities.
• Promote and abide by all relevant safety standards and protocols.
• Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with colleagues.
• Work independently or collaboratively with others as needed to achieve objectives.
• Maintain accurate records and documents related to work performed.
