We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Recruiter to join our team and support our talent acquisition efforts. As a recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent for a variety of positions within the organization. Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals to identify potential candidates.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, assess qualifications, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Job Posting: Draft compelling and accurate job descriptions to attract the right candidates and post them on relevant platforms.
- Applicant Tracking: Maintain accurate records of candidate progress in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or spreadsheets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, timelines, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Offer Management: Assist in extending offers to candidates and coordinating pre-employment checks, as needed.
- Networking: Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) for recruitment.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.

Schedule
