DeLeers Construction is seeking an experienced residential carpenter to join our Framing team. DeLeers Carpenters will work on both large and unique residential projects and light commercial construction projects. Our framing team works from blueprints to bring our projects to life. You will never build the same house twice! If you are looking for challenging and fun projects, DeLeers is the team for you! We are based out of DePere, WI however this role works out of our Eagle River, WI office and the job sites are in northern Wisconsin.
DeLeers also offers a full benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, 401K with matching, paid vacation and holidays, a company bonus program and a tool program. In addition to base rate and travel pay, daily per diem and overnight accommodations are included for any overnight travel. When working out of town (overnight) a $3 shift premium is added to hours worked. Most of our work is home daily.
Ideal candidates must have at least 2 years of residential wood framing experience on custom built homes.
