Retail Store Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an energetic and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Delek US Holdings. As the Retail Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service while maximizing store profitability.
You will be responsible for ongoing activities related to the successful operation of a retail store, including managing employees, adhering to company policies and procedures, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. You will also be in charge of store financials, recruiting and training new employees, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
We require candidates with strong leadership skills, the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks, and excellent communication skills. Experience working in a retail environment is essential, and a valid driver's license is required.
