Retail Store Manager with Food Service Experience
Delek US Holdings is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our team in Palestine, AR. As a dynamic leader with a passion for customer service and sales growth, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences while maximizing store profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employees and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Ensure all hours of operation are covered and supported, including recruiting and retaining employees.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the store.
- Provide excellent customer service and set the tone for a customer-friendly environment.
- In charge of store financials and transactions.
- Collaborate with District Manager and other Retail Store Managers to share best practices.
- Recruit, train, and mentor store employees, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements:
- Leadership experience preferred.
- Two or more years of experience working in a food service or retail environment required.
- Valid driver's license required.
