The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for solving complex data challenges. - Our refineries in Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana have a combined crude capacity of 302,000 barrels per day
- Our logistics business currently owns and operates 720 miles of crude and product pipelines, a 600-mile crude oil gathering system, and storage tanks and terminals.
- Our three renewables’ plants in Texas, Arkansas, and Mississippi combined can produce 40 million gallons of biodiesel fuel a year.

- Master's Degree (Preferred)
- In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Two (2) or more years leadership or senior role (Required)
- Two (2) or more years experience with MSBI (SSIS) (Required)
- Four (4) or more years hand-on experience using Python, Scala or Pyspark for scalable data processing solutions (Required)
- Six (6) or more years Azure data engineering experience, including Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Functions, Logic Apps, IoT Hub, Event Hub, and Azure SQL (Required)
- Ten (10) or more years experience in data engineering (Required)
- No Licensure or Certification Required.

- Proficiency in data profiling, cataloging, and data mapping to support technical design, leveraging a use case-driven approach for constructing technical data flows
- Strong experience in DevOps and DataOps, including CI/CD, automation, and monitoring for data pipelines
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop, Kafka) and relational/non-relational databases
- Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT frameworks and data integration tools
- Experience building data solution using BI tools e.g., Power BI, Tableau
- Understanding of data governance principles and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
- Experience in real-time data processing and stream analytics
- Experience implementing SAP S4 data analytics solution in Databricks preferred
- Experience using data modeling tools such as ERWin
- Ability to lead and collaborate with remote and offshore teams
- Familiarity with adopting Gen AI technology for rapid development of data integration solutions
- Experience building industrial data analytics using industrial process data preferred
