We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our culinary team. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for creating innovative dishes, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety.
Duties
- Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality food production.
- Develop and design menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
- Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
- Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff to foster a collaborative team environment.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Monitor food preparation processes to maintain quality standards.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Handle shift management to ensure adequate staffing during peak hours.
Skills
- Proven experience in catering with a focus on culinary excellence.

- Proficient in inventory management and cost control measures.
- Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques and food production processes.
