Summary of Position:
The Digital Marketing Specialist at DeLeon Realty will be responsible for the ongoing execution of key marketing functions related to digital marketing. This role will report to the CEO.
Essential Job Functions:
- Research advertising trends
- Research competitors’ approach and output
- Decide appropriate placement of ads
- Determine content that effectively reaches customers
- Develop projects to create content
- Management of company profiles, including but not limited to: Zillow, Redfin, Yelp, Google, social media accounts etc.
- Publish digital marketing content online
- Implement email marketing campaigns
- Measure digital traffic
- Monitor social media and Google Analytics
- Optimize paid advertising campaigns using SEO and other tools
- Report on the growth and analytics of campaigns to stakeholders
- Scale campaigns to maximize ROI
- Monitor project status and budget
- Conduct market research to inform campaigns
- Brainstorm and implement experiments and conversion tests
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
- Fluency in G-Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in real estate digital platforms preferred
- Business-first focus and analysis
- Proven research ability
- Digital literacy and ability to learn new digital tools and techniques
- Organized work habits
- Demonstrated experience multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
