Responsibilities:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, including fabricating, scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Manage and lead a team of operations personnel, including production supervisors, scheduling personnel, and quality control personnel.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency, reduce costs, and increase profitability.
• Analyze and interpret data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to processes and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with other departments, including sales, finance, and human resources, to ensure that all company objectives are met.
• Prepare regular reports on operations performance and make recommendations for improvements to senior management.
Qualifications:
• 5 years of experience in glazing or operations management role.
