Your Role:
As a Linehaul BC, you’ll oversee operations in Bowling Green, Lebanon, Nashville, and Murfreesboro. This role is best suited for candidates near Murfreesboro/Lebanon for convenience.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Driver Scheduling & Dispatch
- – Plan and assign routes efficiently.
- Hands-On Support – Cover AM driving shifts in Murfreesboro (3 days a week) and step in as needed.
- Compliance & Safety – Ensure all operations align with FedEx and DOT regulations.
- Logistics Management – Coordinate with FedEx terminals for smooth daily operations.
- Fleet Oversight – Monitor vehicle maintenance, expenses, and repairs.
- Training & Leadership – Train new staff and oversee team performance.
- Reputation Management – Maintain strong relationships with FedEx and customers.What We’re Looking For:
- FedEx Linehaul Experience – Must have a strong understanding of Linehaul operations.
- FedEx Software Proficiency – Experience using FedEx Ground systems is required.
- CDL-A Required – This role includes driving responsibilities as needed.
- Leadership & Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to make quick, effective decisions.
- Reliable & Flexible – Willing to step in wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly.
