Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and physically capable individual to join our team in food production. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, lifting heavy objects, and standing for extended periods.
Responsibilities:
- Open high volumes of cans using a can opener
- Re-work and re-stack product on skids based on customer needs
- Attach plastic clips to jars for packaging
- Dump food products into kettles for sauce or salsa production
- Clean and sanitize various areas throughout the plant
- Run dust mop and clean warehouse as needed
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Previous food production experience is preferred
- Able to work/stand 8-10 hours per day
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
- Able to work in hot and cold temperatures
- Able to work in a team setting and independently
Additional Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee, customer, and consumer confidentiality
- Report to and from work at assigned time
- Complete other duties as assigned
- Be honest and reliable
- Work in a team atmosphere and provide help and support to co-workers
