About the Role:
- Provide exceptional guest service by interacting with visitors in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Complete regular patrols of the park to enforce rules and regulations.
- Maintain knowledge of all park rules and procedures to effectively communicate with guests.
- Operate golf carts in accordance with company policies.
- Report any damage or unsafe conditions to management.
Responsibilities:
- Assist lost guests in reuniting with their party safely.
- Respond to emergency calls and secure the scene.
- Travel for work as needed.
- Work in various weather conditions.
