What are the responsibilities and job description for the Seasonal Cabana Concierge position at DelGrosso's Amusement Park?
Educations & Qualifications: A minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required. Must maintain a well-groomed appearance at all times, following all uniform regulations. Must have a positive attitude, have the willingness to provide excellent customer service, and be able to work in a team atmosphere.
Essential Functions:
- Set-up all cabana’s in time for guest arrival to include:
- Open front panels of cabanas.
- Check that the cabana was cleaned & ready to go.
- Hang appropriate signs depending on the availability of the cabana.
- Welcome guests with a smile, in a friendly and professional manner.
- Register guests quickly according to department policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent guest service.
- Ensure guests comply with all Cabana usage rules and regulations.
- Report any major housekeeping or maintenance issues immediately.
- Work independently or with a team as required.
- At the end of shift complete water inventory, and close check-in cabana.
Other Responsibilities:
- Maintain and protect employee, customer, and consumer confidentiality.
- Report to and from work at assigned time.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
- Must be honest and reliable.
- Must be able to work in a team atmosphere. Provide help and support to co-workers on an ongoing basis.
- Adhere to dress code policy.
