What are the responsibilities and job description for the Seasonal Restroom Attendant position at DelGrosso's Amusement Park?
Education & Qualifications: Must be at least 16 years of age. Must be able to lift 25 lbs. frequently. Must be able to squat, kneel, bend, and climb. Must be able to work around a variety of chemicals, using safety precautions as necessary. Must be able to work with others and independently. Must be able to work outdoors in all elements. Must always maintain a well-groomed appearance.
Essential Functions:
- Clean restroom fixtures, floors, walls, and restock, when necessary, with supplies
- Respond to clean-up situations throughout facility, as needed
- Maintain records of all work completed and safety inspections.
- Inspect equipment to ensure conformance with operational standards.
- Assist with cleaning and sweeping park midways and maintaining trash cans and trash areas.
- Follow safe and proper procedures set forth by company when using cleaning supplies and equipment
- Provide superior service when interacting and assisting guests with inquiries, concerns, providing directions, always maintaining guest satisfaction.
- Report any safety, property damage and or maintenance concerns to Clean Up Team Leader or Manager
- Work in various weather and environmental conditions including but not limited to direct or indirect sunlight, heat, humidity, rain, hail, cold temperatures.
Other Responsibilities:
- Maintain and protect team member and guest confidentiality
- Report to and from work at assigned time.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Available to work a flexible schedule that includes weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to work in a team atmosphere. Provide help and support to co-workers on an ongoing basis.
- Adhere to dress code policy
- Perform other duties as assigned.
