Successful Baltimore Manufacturing Plant celebrating 90 years is seeking Dynamic Production Associates to join our team.
Job duties:
Schedule Mon - Fri 7:30pm - 4:00pm (until finished)
- Weigh raw material prior to trimming and record weight.
- Trim raw material in accordance with company and customer specifications.
- Weigh trimmed raw material and record weight.
- If any deviation occurs in product or temperature, contact the Department Manager immediately for corrective action.
Job requirements:
Prior exp in Manufacturing environment pref
Prior exp Trimming meat pref
- Follow all GMP’s as trained.
- Clean area as you work to maintain personal and product safety.
- Work in cool (41degrees) and wet environment.
- Able to lift 45 lbs.
- Perform repetitive movements over long time periods
- Standing for long time periods
- HS Grad or equiv
- Basic Math Skills
- Good written & verbal communication skill
- Able to work independently, be well organized and perform multiple tasks
- Able to handle product according to specifications
- Skill in dealing with superiors and peers
