Position Purpose
Acting on own initiative, the Supply Chain Integration Manager drives the transformation of the Supply Chain systems to support operations. This role is responsible for ongoing Supply Chain technology integrations and process improvements to include standardization, performance monitoring and education. As a subject matter expert, the Supply Chain Integration Manager will support business partners to facilitate cross-functional collaboration for integration planning, problem solving, continuous improvement and project implementation.
Functional Responsibility

- Contributes to the preparation of the departmental budget and monitors spending
- Provides immediate feedback and directly assists team to maintain level of productivity and deliver daily results

- Immediately informs management of employee issues, concerns, and complaints in an objective and confidential manner

Essential Duties
Leads the integration process and implementation of Supply Chain systems and technologies to drive business operations and efficienciesDevelops and maintains strategic roadmap for Supply Chain optimization; includes leadership as the business process owner (BPO) for projects involving design, specification / requirements, upgrades, and implementationManages the design and implementation of intercompany solutions within the ERP to utilize standard processes; identifies opportunities to integrate systems and automate solutions across processes and systemsProvides Supply Chain integration support and ongoing education to business partners to maintain process standardization across functional areasAs a subject matter leader, drives the utilization of Supply Chain technology best practices; leverages and maximizes the value of ERP utilization to enhance business operationsPursues opportunities to optimize the Supply Chain processes and systems with an emphasis on value, efficiency, and quality; assists with the planning and execution of Supply Chain projectsFacilitates Supply Chain process and system issue resolution and root cause analysis in support of innovation and continuous improvementLeads the Technology Integration Lean Team (TILT) to ensure cross functional participation, escalation, and the use of effective communication tools; develops and maintains tools to optimize and facilitate TILT processesDevelops, reports, and communicates key metrics and KPI’s to ensure Supply Chain health; analyzes data and identifies business improvement opportunitiesCoordinates with the Supply Chain teams to ensure user effectiveness and adherence to documented standardsEnsures master data is appropriately managed and aligned across all functionsCoordinates change management activities necessary to achieve the integration objectives across the Supply Chain teams and cross-functional partnersMaintains continuous education of process and systems of Operations / Supply Chain team and onboarding of new employees with the goal of building functional systems expertise across the organization; leads the team in developing and maintaining standard business processes and proceduresDevelops strong cross-functional partnerships with external stakeholders / customers, Information Solutions (IS), Production Finance, Operations, Quality, Winemaking, Procurement and Supply ChainEnsures all compliance and regulatory processes are followedOther duties may be assignedNon-Essential Duties

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Computer Information Systems, Finance, or other related field5 years supply chain experience as an ERP user; Food & Beverage or CPG industry experience a plusExtensive SAP experience required, or similar ERP experience preferredExperience as a business process owner is preferredTrack record of delivering results and innovative thinking on solutions to drive efficiency through automation and technologyCertificates and Licenses
PMP Certification (Project Management Professional) preferredLean continuous improvement / Six Sigma certification preferredKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to document requirements and assess the value of the benefits of requestsProficient at problem solving and technical troubleshootingAbility to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, partners, and cross functional business leadersDemonstrated analytical skills, understanding of system integration across multiple functions and solid application experience of supply chain processesExcellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills; ability to effectively communicate status, issues, risk and educate othersWorking Conditions

California Pay Transparency Disclaimer : This is a Exempt position. The pay range for this position is $76,353.84 to $119,397.60. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Actual placement within range will be contingent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, education, experience, internal equity and alignment with market data.
