Job Description

Delicious Cakes! in Addison, TX is looking for an experienced cake decorator to join our team. As a professional cake decorator, you will be responsible for designing and decorating wedding cakes exceeding our client's expectations. We are located at 14819 Inwood Rd. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and hard-working.

Qualifications

We do not hire individuals without decorating experience
A driver's license is required, and be able to commute to work
Flexible scheduling is available but must be willing to work weekends if needed
You must be able to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of quality in your work.
Be able to work independently and manage your time effectively to meet deadlines
Able to communicate effectively with teammates
Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

As an experienced cake decorator, you will be responsible for designing and decorating wedding cakes that exceed our client's expectations

You will work closely with our team to create custom designs that fit each couple’s unique style and theme

Baking and decorating wedding cakes for multiple events per day

Pairing desserts with cakes and other baked goods

Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including equipment and storage areas

Ensuring compliance with all safety and sanitation protocols

Delivering cakes to various wedding venues around DFW if in need
