We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Order Coordinator to join our team at Delifood Group. This individual will be responsible for managing the flow of orders from customers, ensuring they are accurately entered into the system, and coordinating the delivery process. The role includes liaising with the delivery department, revising and verifying orders, contacting customers when needed, and handling other administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to work under pressure to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take and input customer orders into the system.
- Ensure all orders are accurately processed and ready for delivery.
- Revise and verify orders for completeness and accuracy.
- Coordinate with the delivery department to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
- Set up delivery times with drivers.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending payments
- Contact customers regarding any order issues, delivery updates, or payment
- Handle administrative functions such as filing, tracking orders, and maintaining records.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support when needed.
- Assist with any other tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
- Reconciling payments
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge with Excel
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in using order management and delivery software.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Spanish
