As a Business Development Representative, you will be the face of our clients, engaging directly with potential customers in person. You’ll be responsible for presenting our clients’ products and services, identifying customer needs, and offering tailored solutions. This is an entry-level position where you will have the opportunity to hone your sales and customer service skills, work in a collaborative team environment, and contribute to the growth of our client’s business.
Business Development Representative Responsibilities:
- Interact face-to-face with customers to introduce products and services, address inquiries, assess their needs, and complete sales
- Offer detailed product information and recommendations to help customers make informed decisions, with a focus on upselling and cross-selling
- Develop strong, long-term relationships with customers, ensuring a positive experience and promoting brand loyalty
- Meet and surpass sales goals by following a proven sales process and maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Keep precise customer records and sales transactions using CRM systems to track progress and sales goals
- Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve sales strategies, and contribute to overall team goals and growth
Business Development Representative Qualities:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related customer-facing role
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers and explain products clearly
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
