Wireless Sales Team Members have the skills required to build strong customer relationships, enhance team environment, and effectively promote our clients' newest products. Through hands-on product demonstrations in retail settings, you’ll engage customers and help them experience our clients’ offerings firsthand, driving sales and exceeding business targets. We pride ourselves on providing continuous opportunities for our Wireless Sales team at every level and fostering a positive, energetic work environment. We're seeking candidates with exceptional communication skills and the drive to elevate sales standards.
Wireless Sales Team Member Responsibilities:
- Participate in hands-on training in retail stores, directly engaging with customers and presenting client products/services
- Assist customers with any questions or concerns they may have regarding products, services, or pricing
- Master the features and benefits of our offerings, ensuring professional representation of our clients to prospective customers
- Work closely with the Wireless Sales and Management team to learn how to interview, train, and mentor new team members
- Gain expertise in lead generation through sales efforts within retail settings
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere, supporting a healthy and productive work environment
Wireless Sales Team Member Qualifications:
- Education in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Communications, or a similar major is a plus but not required
- Previous experience in sales, client relations, account management or customer service is preferred
- Ability to engage customers in conversation, actively listen, and address their inquiries professionally
- Problem-solving skills and knowledge of client information in order to navigate challenging situations and prioritize tasks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,900.00 - $5,000.00 per month
