Job Description
As the
Head of Marketing & Communications , you will be responsible for re-thinking, developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy and GTM plan that aligns with our international ambitions. This is a leadership role, reporting to our Co-Chief Executive that requires a combination of strategic thinking, creative execution and data-driven decision-making.

Strategy & Leadership : Develop and own the overall marketing strategy, giving Delio's product capability a market voice that is unique, differentiated and aligned with Delio's strategic objectivesBuild a high-performing marketing team across brand, content, digital and communicationsBrand Management :
Build and scale a distinctive and compelling brand identityEstablish Delio as a trusted partner in private markets through impactful campaigns and market presenceDemand Generation & Growth :
Drive customer acquisition through multi-channel campaigns, including digital, social, and offline marketingOptimise marketing funnels to maximise conversion rates and ROIPartnerships & Collaborations :
Work closely with the Sales and Product teams, as well as other internal and external stakeholders / partners, to create cohesive and synergistic go-to-market capabilitiesDevelop partnerships with the industry media and thought leaders to further extend Delio's reachAnalytics & Optimization :
Leverage data-analytics to monitor, analyse, and report on marketing performanceStay ahead of market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and new ideasEssential requirements
We're looking for a hands-on and creative marketing leader with the following :
5 years of experience in an impactful marketing roleKnowledge of the Private Markets industryStrong track record of scaling brands and driving growth in competitive marketsExceptional leadership and team-building skillsExpertise in digital marketing, branding and data analytics, plus an awareness of how marketing is evolvingCreative thinker with a passion for innovation and a customer-first mindsetStrong communication and stakeholder management abilitiesDesirable requirements
Broader experience in Fintech or Technology companiesExperience using HubSpot (or similar CRM) as well as broader industry toolsAdditional Information
