The Position:

In support of the Sales & Engineering Teams, the Applications Technician will be responsible for:

• Evaluating and documenting new Ultrasonic liquid processing applications
• Collaborating with clients or internal teams to determine specific process requirements
• Designing and executing experiments to test the effects of ultrasonic energy
• Participating in the development of new ultrasonic technologies or methodologies
• Collaborating with engineers and scientists to improve existing products or create new ones
• Providing technical support to resolve customer inquiries or issues
• Training customers or colleagues on the proper use and maintenance of sonication equipment
  
  

About You:

• A Technical degree (AS, BS) in Engineering or Life sciences with an emphasis on laboratory work
• Technical acumen and hands-on problem-solving skills
• Strong computer-based knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Ability to learn quickly and become proficient in the use of different types of instrumentation
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Ability to collaborate on multiple projects with small technical teams and other departments
• Strong customer centric focus and a driven work ethic to solve problems
