We are looking for highly motivated, customer-focused individuals who will lead and develop salaried and hourly team members. You will be responsible for engaging your team to maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance. You are expected to provide the team with tools needed for success while driving improvements in productivity and efficiency through data-driven decisions and analytical problem-solving. You will play a key role in maintaining customer expectations to ensure we are giving them what they want, when they need it.

Job Description :
- Lead, support, mentor, and develop salaried and hourly team members with a focus on retention and growth.
- Motivate team members by providing on-going feedback and support to improve performance.
- Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
- Build relationships and positive communications with all business partners to ensure customers’ and company’s service standards are met.
- Monitor, analyze and address all opportunities to cut costs and improve efficiencies while maintaining rigorous safety standards.
- Monitor service freight and ensure cut time compliance.
- Supervise truck build-up and breakdowns to ensure freight is properly staged and loaded per customer instructions.
- Complete service documentation to assist in customer revenue recovery and lost freight.
- Perform administrative functions as required.
