Job Summary :

As our Sales Solutions Architect you will communicate our capabilities and value propositions to our customers. You will do this by analyzing potential customer needs, aligning our services to their needs and creating an all-encompassing business proposal to match those needs. You will be frequently communicating with our business development and leadership team.

Essential Functions

  • Evaluate capabilities, review customer requirements, and propose creative solutions that match customer demands.
  • Review customer plans and job specifications to respond to inquiries and requests for proposals.
  • Support and develop cost estimates that are then presented to customers.
  • Follow up on quotes, bids, and submittals to drive sales closure rates.
  • Maintain an expert level of product knowledge and applications across Delivered.
  • Support management by evaluating other sales channels and / or opportunities.
  • Generate sales or service contracts for products or services.
  • Identify critical product characteristics and features necessary for future revenue growth based on feedback from customers and marketplace information.
  • Deliver exceptional service as the main point of customer contact through a positive attitude, high availability, accuracy, and responsiveness.
  • Communicate regularly with the sales team to share and influence business intelligence.
  • Proactively communicate voice of customer feedback to business development and leadership team.

Qualifications

  • Required : High School Diploma or equivalent GED and at least 2 years of related experience in sales or engineering
  • Preferred : Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficiency with SQL, excel, tableau or other business insight tools
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a high intensity atmosphere.
  • Excellent customer service skills, able to respond with a sense of urgency in high-pressure situations.
  • Experience problem solving in a fast-paced environment.
