We are seeking reliable and safety-focused individuals to join our team as Courier Associates in Orland, CA. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering packages efficiently and safely, providing excellent customer service, and working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver packages on time and ensure timely completion of routes
- Safely operate Company-provided vans, following all local and state laws, road regulations, and Company policies
- Provide exceptional customer service, even in stressful situations
- Work in all weather conditions, lift packages up to 50 lbs, and get in and out of the van repeatedly throughout the day at various locations
- Communicate effectively with the support team to provide outstanding customer service and ensure deliveries are completed
Requirements:
- Be at least 21 years old
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening
- Have a clean motor vehicle report (multiple violations may disqualify you from the position)
- possess good English speaking, reading, writing, and communication skills
