Schedule:
- Set schedule (Monday-Friday either 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm.)
- Occasionally, working Saturday or Sunday for special events.
- Full-time is between 32-40 hours per week.
Essential Roles and Responsibilities
- Working with the infusion & specialty marketing team to promote the company’s services to potential clinics and hospitals.
- Analyzing data on patient needs and purchasing patterns to refine marketing strategies and identify more potential markets.
- Calling doctors' clinics, case managers, and hospitals.
- Helping to prepare marketing plans and strategies for company meetings.
- Writing reports about market conditions, trends, and potential changes in patient preferences.
- Producing and distributing brochures, flyers, pamphlets, and banners for company events and promotions.
- Communicating with existent and budding clients to maintain these working relationships.
- Attending mandatory weekly team meetings.
- Analyzing competitors' performance to safeguard and further promote our position in the market.
- Conducting regular self-evaluations to ensure meeting sales targets.
- Attending training workshops and congresses to remain up to date with standards and developments in the industry.
Qualifications
- Exceptional customer service experience is required.
- Experience in infusion & specialty sales/marketing experience preferred.
- An associate degree in marketing, with an emphasis on customer service, is preferred.
- Prior experience as an infusion & specialty sales representative or similar is preferred.
- Prior experience as an LVN is preferred.
- Proven record of helping lead sales campaigns and facilitating profitability.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication.
- Goal-oriented, committed, and relentless approach to work.
- Interest in understanding and sharing industry innovations.
- Travel throughout the Greater Houston metro area will be required.
- Familiarity with the Greater Houston metro area (and its healthcare community) is preferred.
- Knowledge and experience in SalesForce preferred.
- The ability to make 12 to 15 face-to-face calls per day is required.
- Professional presentation and articulation required.
