Essential Roles and Responsibilities
- Creating visually appealing displays, monitoring inventory levels, and collaborating with store managers to optimize sales.
- Create visually appealing product displays in accordance with company guidelines.
- Ensure that products are accurately priced and labeled.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed.
- Collaborate with executives and pharmacy managers to identify opportunities for increased sales.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess display quality and make necessary adjustments.
- Maintain knowledge of current industry trends and competitor products.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and purchases.
- Handle cash register transactions and accurately handle cash handling procedures.
Qualifications
- At least a bachelor's degree in pharmacy or adjacent fields is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, a creative mindset, and the ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or other visual design software is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic understanding of pharmacy math and pricing strategies.
- Ability to supervise and lead a team as necessary.
- Travel to our pharmacies in Houston and Dallas-Fort Worth are required (compensation will be provided accordingly.)
- At least 3 years of pharmacy merchandiser experience is preferred.
