Schedule:

• Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
• Working Saturday and Sunday as needed.
• Full-time is between 32-40 hours per week.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities

• Help manage cash registers, scan receipts, and count money.
• Help manage the delivery driver routes.
• Help create schedules for delivery drivers.
• Help manage delivery driver data within the program OptimoRoute.
• Help prepare and provide logistics reports for executive management.
• Assist with delivery driver routes as needed.
• Perform other duties as required by the transportation manager.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service experience is required.
• A high school diploma is required.
• Valid and clean driving record is required.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication.
• Goal-oriented, committed, and relentless approach to work.
• Familiarity with the Greater Houston metro area (and its healthcare community) is preferred.
• Knowledge and experience in OptimoRoute preferred.

Proficiency in any of the following languages is encouraged, but not required:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

• OptimoRoute software: 1 year (Preferred)
• Logistics support: 1 year (Preferred)
