Responsibilities
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport pharmaceutical products to designated locations.
- Load and unload packages, ensuring proper handling and adherence to safety standards.
- Utilize GPS for efficient route planning and timely deliveries.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their needs.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and ensure compliance with all driving regulations.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly.
Essential Requirements:
- A reliable vehicle.
- 6 months - 1 year of proven delivery driving experience preferred.
- A valid driver’s license.
- A clean driving record.
- Familiarity with GPS navigational devices.
- Knowledge of area roads and neighborhoods, especially Houston, Sugar Land, and/or Clear Lake.
- Ability to lift heavy packages, etc.
- Availability to occasionally take weekend and night shifts.
- A polite and professional disposition.
- Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations (e.g., at rush hour).
Education:
- High School Diploma preferred.
Proficiency in any of the following languages is encouraged, but not required:
Spanish
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
