Essential Roles and Responsibilities

• Creating visually appealing displays, monitoring inventory levels, and collaborating with store managers to optimize sales.
• Create visually appealing product displays in accordance with company guidelines.
• Ensure that products are accurately priced and labeled.
• Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed.
• Collaborate with executives and pharmacy managers to identify opportunities for increased sales.
• Conduct regular store visits to assess display quality and make necessary adjustments.
• Maintain knowledge of current industry trends and competitor products.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and purchases.
• Handle cash register transactions and accurately handle cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

• At least a bachelor's degree in pharmacy or adjacent fields is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, a creative mindset, and the ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or other visual design software is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic understanding of pharmacy math and pricing strategies.
• Ability to supervise and lead a team as necessary.
• Travel to our pharmacies in Sugar Land and Clear Lake are required (compensation will be provided accordingly.)
• At least 3 years of pharmacy merchandiser experience is preferred.

Proficiency in the following languages is encouraged:

• Spanish

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
