We deliver packages to Mount Joy and its surrounding areas and our company directly employs over 200 associates at multiple stations and have been in business for almost 5 years. We are a stable and growing company and are seeking reliable Delivery Drivers to join our team. Each Delivery Driver will be responsible for transporting goods and materials to various locations efficiently and safely.
PAY RATE INFORMATION
- Starting rate: $22.25 / hour
- 9:15AM START TIME!!!
- WEEKLY PAY CHECK (Each Friday deposited directly into your bank checking account)
- Promotions carry higher pay range, everyone starts as a delivery associate
- Paid Training (2 classroom days, 1 on road test, training provided on road, and 12 training shifts)
- Paid Overtime OVER 40 HOURS!
- Paid Time Off starts as soon as you start training DAY 1
- Rollover 120 hours vacation time year over year - (3 weeks)
OTHER BENEFITS

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Organizational and time management skills are a must.
- Ability to communicate any issues to management promptly.
- Able to lift packages up to 50lbs.
- Must be 21 years old with a valid driver’s license.
- Commercial or work-related driving experience is a plus.
- Comply with all safety rules and work policies.
- Ability to use GPS technology to deliver customer packages.
- Use company provided handheld device for routing and customer delivery information.
- Deliver customer packages to their requested locations-detail oriented
- Load, unload, prepare, inspect, operate delivery vehicle safely
- Ability to remain focused while driving in varying traffic and weather conditions.
- Ability to enter and exit the delivery van multiple times a day *this is a physically demanding job*
