Principal Engineering Lead - Storage Innovation
We are looking for a Principal Engineering Lead to spearhead our Storage Innovation efforts. As a Principal Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering innovative storage solutions that transform the way we work and live.
You will work closely with our CTO Storage Team to define the vision and strategy for our storage products, leveraging your expertise in data path technologies to create high-performance solutions.
Develop strategic plans for Dell's storage solutions by analyzing industry trends, competitor analysis, and market opportunities.
Define detailed product roadmaps, outlining key features, performance metrics, and technical specifications.
Lead cross-functional teams to develop and deliver innovative storage solutions, leveraging your expertise in data path technologies.
Mentor junior team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise to accelerate their growth.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and develop effective solutions.
Requirements
12 years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor's degree; or 8 years with a Master's degree; or 5 years with a PhD; or equivalent experience.
Strong leadership and technical skills, with ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving collaboration among stakeholders.
Advanced certifications or published work in storage software solutions, AI, deep learning, or related fields.
