Cloud Storage Architect
We are seeking a Cloud Storage Architect to join our team and help shape the future of cloud storage solutions. As a Cloud Storage Architect, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative cloud storage solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
You will work closely with our CTO Storage Team to define the vision and strategy for our cloud storage products, leveraging your expertise in data path technologies to create high-performance solutions.
Develop strategic plans for Dell's cloud storage solutions by analyzing industry trends, competitor analysis, and market opportunities.
Define detailed product roadmaps, outlining key features, performance metrics, and technical specifications.
Lead cross-functional teams to develop and deliver innovative cloud storage solutions, leveraging your expertise in data path technologies.
Mentor junior team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise to accelerate their growth.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and develop effective solutions.
Requirements
12 years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor's degree; or 8 years with a Master's degree; or 5 years with a PhD; or equivalent experience.
Strong leadership and technical skills, with ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving collaboration among stakeholders.
Advanced certifications or published work in cloud storage software solutions, AI, deep learning, or related fields.
