Main Responsibilities
- Execute plans of action from Dell Domain Engineers/L3 (communicate using Teams)
- Document POA results, logs, and service reports (parts numbers/PPID of old/new parts replaced) to Dell
- Reseat parts, swap or replace parts, upgrade firmware as needed
- Perform system testing and validation (run diagnostics, capture, and upload logs)
Requirements
- Demonstrate experience delivering technical field services supporting hardware and software at client sites
- Showcase experience working in locations with large, concentrated deployments of assets and proficiency with networking and fiber
- Possess industry certifications such as CompTIA Certifications (Tech , A , Security , Network ) or Networking certifications (CCNA or equivalent)
