Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities by prospecting, cold calling, networking, and building relationships.
- Meet with potential clients to understand their cleaning needs and present tailored solutions.
- Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that highlight the value of our services.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing and referrals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Accurately record and manage sales activity in CRM software.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor services, and market developments
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management and business development
- Strong negotiation and account management skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
- Proficiency in B2B sales and outside sales strategies
- Familiarity with Salesforce and technical sales processes
- Excellent analytical skills and customer service orientation
- Background in marketing and technology sales is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Up to $48,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
