Dell Rapids Custom Trailers, Inc. is seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team in Dell Rapids, SD. Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet customers and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer and direct phone calls in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist customers with inquiries, provide information about products and services, and direct them to the appropriate department
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized
- Support the sales and service teams with administrative tasks as needed
- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate record-keeping
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred
