As a Sr Principal Engineering Technologist , you will play a critical role in leading the management of Storage System Software Solutions across our portfolio, working closely with talented product teams and engineers to develop and implement cutting-edge strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing innovative strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create and deliver POCs and MVPs, ensuring seamless integration of components and technologies.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in AI infrastructure, workload orchestration, MLOps platforms, and GenAI applications.
- Mentoring junior team members and peers to ensure knowledge transfer and skill development.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
Essential Requirements- 12 years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor's degree; or 8 years with a Master's degree; or 5 years with a PhD; or equivalent experience along with proficiency in AI-driven operations, telemetry systems, and data integration, transformation, connectivity, and protocols.
- Deep experience in designing, developing, and maintaining resilient software infrastructure and SaaS platforms.
- Expertise in data migration, replication, synchronization, and familiarity with backup software solutions.
- Proficiency in developing integrated security software solutions and a strong understanding of data security principles, including encryption and access control.
- In-depth knowledge of storage management systems and APIs, including configuration, monitoring, and optimization.
