Essential Requirements
- 15 years' relevant experience. 5-7 years product leadership experience in a Scrum-at-Scale or similar agile framework, driving innovation and product excellence.
- Strong strategic thinking, facilitation, and coaching skills to foster continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
- Demonstrated ability to challenge the status quo and drive agile transformation.
Desirable Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
